Dal 1986 Metro strumentazione elettronica per la metrologia
Nata nel 1986 con il primo comparatore digitale monoquota, attraverso uno sviluppo e un miglioramento continuo, a partire dal 1996 i moduli M-BUS Metro permettono di connettere numerosi strumenti di misura di vari produttori e di differente tecnologia ai display M3 o M400.
In alternativa i moduli possono essere collegati a PC o PLC
L’ultima revisione di design basata anche sulle richieste dei clienti offre le migliori perfomance
I moduli sono costruiti in alluminio anodizzato estruso e possono essere fissati anche attraverso “standard DIN rail”
I display M3 e M400 sono invece ricavati da blocchi di alluminio. Le schede elettroniche e il loro assemblaggio avviene presso la sede Metro di Boege. Sono adatti ad un severo ambiente di officina.

We are using Metro measuring devices since many years in our factories.
Since end of 2015 we have started to use their new air gage products: M1, M3 and M400 displays + MB-AG
modules.
With these Metro devices we have drastically reduced our measurements uncertainty, and improved our R&R results. We had therefore consequently improved our processes and thus reduces our scrap rates. Metro’s air gage products has quickly become a standard for us.
From now all new 100% automatic inspection lines are equipped with Metro products. Most of the existing machines are being retrofitted with Metro products
